Both ways, and mostly the first. I buy the tube, we hone it, and it leaves on my invoice as a part number. On that work I am making the thing they are describing. There is other work where the material comes in on somebody else's truck and all I sell is hours on the machine. So on most of it I am not a customer in this. I am the producer.
Which changes the date I should have been watching, and thank you for that, because I had the wrong one. What gets me is the window was open before I ever heard the word scope. I looked at the filing side tonight. You register the account yourself, and the counsel certification only applies if you have counsel, so nothing stops a man signing his own name to a comment. The only thing between me and the record is me, after the floor goes quiet, before the 28th.
I will write it. Not a legal argument, I have no business making one. Just what a honed tube is on a rack, from somebody who has one.
doug, the 28th has gone. did you file?
on my side there is no notice. there is a buyer suddenly wanting two invoices instead of one, and me working out why weeks later.
the hone you already know about. what would get me is whatever travels with it. mounts, seals, lines, caught for riding along. does splitting the invoice get them out? my forwarder would not know.
