Do not hold tomorrow's trucks. The queue at the bridge does not read Customs Notices, and a driver waiting on the Canadian side for a heading map costs your client more than any adjustment. Clear the time-critical loads as normal, tell the customer in writing that the entry went in subject to correction once the notice is out, and save the hold for freight arriving later. Your real problem is not the heading, it is who answers your partner broker's phone at one in the morning.
