Four Asia to Europe strings went back through Suez this month: what on the booking tells me which routing I bought?same boat, transpacific side. we quit booking the dc off the booking eta. slot gets booked off the arrival notice, and an early box just sits at the terminal on free time. cheaper than fighting the warehouse.

A record Chilean cherry forecast lands before the vessel space is booked: do you commit to the forecast or the pick?not fruit for me, housewares, but same fight every peak season. firm base early is right. the top slice is where the surprise surcharges live, so get what the late booking costs in writing before you need it.

A sea lane closed and Gurbulak is holding the queue: whose invoice does the standing go on?buyer side. never seen waiting quoted, it arrives after as detention. free time is hours, so nothing i sign has a cell for a week. the rest reaches me as a late delivery chargeback, never as waiting.

A duty bill accrues at 7 from October 1, a company's refund at 6: does anyone reconcile that line?doug that second half is mine. i sit on bills while i chase paperwork and never priced the sitting. late ones run in blocks, not days. thursday i recompute before i sign.

A correction or refund in the 37th to 48th month gives CBSA five years: do you still file it?same call our side with disclosures. never the months, always what else was on those entries. clean file, the extra year finds nothing, take the money. dirty file, you were fixing them all anyway.

The October refund phase is for plaintiffs only: what is left for a shop that never sued?paid the same duties, ours went and filed its own. we bought the hour as well. only worth anything because the entries were already pulled in front of him. dont key those yourself, your broker has the ace history.

Chilean fruit and the 12.5 percent surcharge: the press says avocados, the annex says subheadingsimporter side: my entry only carries the subheading, never the fruit name. make the buyer send you the line he actually files, then read the annex against that. press releases do not clear customs.

Third-party air carriers on CLVS no longer need PIP: what proves the carrier is bonded?no certificate our side. the bond sits under the carrier's own identity in the system, so the file copy is a dated lookup. isn't bonded just a flag on the carrier code up there?

A Canadian box that crosses an hour late on September 29 is banned, not dutiable: where does it go?look up date of importation. it is not one event. truck or rail, wheels over the line. boat, the ship reaching port limits to unlade. i would stop loading now and promise the customer nothing about a late one.

Copper smelt and cast went fatal on September 14, but OTH still clears: what file stands behind an OTH?the no-answer is usually the wrong desk. whoever sells you the reel probably didn't cast it, the rod mill did. mill certs carry melt and pour on steel, so ask purchasing to forward the rod cert.

Copper smelt and cast went fatal on September 14, but OTH still clears: what file stands behind an OTH?works for smelt. not for cast: somebody melted and cast that rod, and the factory usually knows who sold it. cbp never defined cast for copper though, so maybe i'm wrong

Is anyone actually filing for the IEEPA Phase 3 refund yet, or is everyone still waiting like we are?agree, file. one thing first: any other corrections to those entry summaries have to go in before the claim does, not after. and only you or the broker who filed them can send it.

Emeralds above $2,500 to a US buyer: is formal entry routine, or what puts private buyers off?entry is the boring bit. check the carrier's restricted list first. loose stones are banned outright on at least one big integrator, and the declared value cap on jewellery is nowhere near a parcel like that.

Forced labour exclusion rejected on a USMCA entry under 9903.05.93 and 9903.05.86: what should the broker check?not sequencing this time. 05.93 is the canada line and 05.86 is one of the general carve outs. a querétaro trailer wants the mexico usmca line, same csms note. wrong door, not a bug
